Mental Health Resources

Chronic health conditions increase our risk for mental health concerns. Mental health includes our psychological, emotional and social well being. Our mental health affects how we think, feel and interact with the world around us. Mental health issues like depression also increase risks for physical health problems. If you have mental health concerns then it is important to get treatment from a licensed mental health professional.

At OUR PATH TO WELLNESS, we offer support and advocacy for people dealing with chronic health conditions including mental health concerns. We DO NOT, however, offer licensed treatment for mental health. It is important that if you have mental health concerns that you seek care from other resources. We have listed several here and if you need additional resources please let us know.
